(no subject)

Went to Wolfe last night and picked up lots of inexpensive yet nice yarn for small projects. I don't think it's too far fetched to do the craft show here at work, but we'll see.

I finished two child's mittens last night. Notice I do not say a pair. They are close, but not quite the same size. I counted rows, so I don't know what happened there.

Also finished the strangest scarf ever. It's Online Linie and Patons Chacha. It's either hideous or very sophisticated, and I have not decided which yet. Photos later.

Mom's scarf is about halfway there. I'm taking it with me to go to my sister's tonight. Or maybe grandma's vest.

I am a creature of habit

Last week or so, I promised myself I would not by many (or any) more items of pink clothing. I figure the pink thing will be over in a season or two anyway.

So what did I do at lunch? I bought a bunch of pink (and purple) clothes.

I better not declare that I won't buy anymore pink shoes, for fear I go and nab those pink sequined cowboy boots at Legs Diamond.
