Things it is difficult to do with one hand (one's non-dominant hand) and a mummified painful stump which must not be dampened, while occasionally under the influence of codeine:
put in/remove contacts
zip pants
brush teeth (thankfully, I got myself an electric toothbrush earlier this year)
sign a lease
write a check
clean up spilled olive oil
eat spaghetti while reading a book
clean up the yarn in the living room (this was more emotionally difficult)
list items on ebay
take a photo
put on bra
put hair in ponytail suitable for leaving the house
send text messages from cell phone
use photoshop for anything
wash hair
wash face
sqeeze any kind of product out of a bottle
peel the top off a pudding container
Sigh. Alas, I am coping. But this royally sucks.

It's not so much the difficulty as it is how picky I would be about it--I'm terribly vain about my hands! :-)
Right now I'm feeling sorry for myself and staying in. ?I might be up for getting out after the doctor appt friday.
