Here's an interesting link: Global Rich List

You enter your yearly salary and it tells you how many people on the planet make less than you. The link I clicked it from warned "be prepared to feel guilty." I've often argued with friends that though we all of course think we're undercompensated at our jobs, we are incredibly lucky. Still, I wasn't quite prepared for the percentile I got dropped in at that site. It's very scary.

I'm incoherant right now, so I'm not able to say anything more than that. But check it out.

That is crazy.

Top 4.04%, which sounds about right to me.

I spend a lot of time thinking about the many, many ways in which I'm astoundingly lucky.

Very clever to put that in front of a donation box. If I had a donation box for some worthy cause, I hope I would be smart enough to put that in front of it.

And the BMB too! Not with me, but delivering martinis. We are both so embarrassed. :-)

It's sad that I honestly don't know how to answer that. :-)
