Classroom dynamics
Week 1: Everyone gets there early. I felt last at 5:52 or so for the 6 pm class.
Week 2: At 6:50, only about half the class is there. And everyone sits in the exact same seats as last week. I wonder what the person who was sitting where the girl who missed last week is will do?
Must remember not to sit in this spot next week. The guy next to me reeks of menthol cigarettes. I don't think I'll make it four hours like this, especially since the odor renews itself at every break.
I'm not liking that the prof hands out his lecture notes to us. For one thing, his writing is horrid, and hard to read. For another, I retain things once I write them down, and it's too easy not to take notes with this in my hadn. Which means I drift off and write notes for later lj entries when I should be taking notes on the probability of dice rolls and such.
