I am a machine!!!!
I don't know what has gotten into me today, but I like it. So far, I have accomplished the following:
1. Made myself peanut butter french toast for breakfast
2. Cleaned & rearranged the office upstairs (I have been planing to do this since I moved in here 3 years ago!!!)
3. Glued the drawer fronts back on my little rolly Ikea drawer unit.
4. Washed half the dirty dishes.
5. Almost have all the recycling downstairs.
6. Finished homework for this week's Java class.
So now, if I can get the rest of the dishes done, and the recycling to the park, I'll feel pretty good about what I've accomplished this weekend. Whcih is a change from my recent sit around reading and let my house fall apart around me kind of mode.
The bad thing is though, that when I clean, I tend to think of more organizing things I "need." Even worse, I came across the Ikea catalog while cleaning out some drawers, and I've now been through it circling stuff. I think it would be quite cool to have one of those twin bed/storage unit things in the office upstairs. That way I'd have guest space, plus the bed surface could serve as a cutting out table if I *eve* get back to sewing again. Maybe I should get back to sewing before I start thinking of more stuff I need. Yep, that soudl probably be better.
