Well, I've finally caught the plague. My chest kind of hurt Friday night and early Saturday, but I thought I was just having sympathy pains for Sean Penn in _21 Grams_ (I was half asleep when this made sense.) Then by Saturday afternoon, I could feel my sinuses drying out. Now I'm achy and miserable, but with only a sore throat, so I decided to come in to work. We'll see how this works out.

Not sure if I'll make it to yoga tonight due to this. Grrrrr......

Sorry to hear that...I had it forever and my left ear is stil clogged...the rest wouldnt leave until I finally got some Anitbiotics (Augmentin...made me tired and go to the loo quite often)...

Good Luck, hope it flies in and out of you quickly... If you practice any of the ear canal and nasal cleansing in Yoga, that may help!
