Not a lot of details yet, but it looks like Columbus has a decent idea of what to do with the Lazarus building.

Oh, that sounds like a good idea! We in the Lazarus Government Center (right next door) have been wondering what was going to happen to the building. Now if they will only leave us a walkway from our offices to City Center, like we have now through the Lazarus store, we will be ever so happy.
