a very good idea, better then letting it sit vacant the way central high did for years until COSI...wait...maybe there's a better idea floating around :)

Oh, that sounds like a good idea! We in the Lazarus Government Center (right next door) have been wondering what was going to happen to the building. Now if they will only leave us a walkway from our offices to City Center, like we have now through the Lazarus store, we will be ever so happy.
