Just recently, I've started getting prescription drug spam. I don't get any other than that, so I can deal with this, especially with subject lines like today's:

tung nacrotics tend to increase the pressure of your big finger

It's bloody annoying isn't it. I use "The Bat" as my e-mail client and I'm constantly updating the filters to weed out spam. Fortunately their filters are really good, including being able to search message text, and checknames of attachments.
