I'm not a huge reality TV fan. Ok, so I didn't miss an episode of the first season of The Apprentice, and I like The Amazing Race (although I didn't exactly watch last season religiously). But is it so wrong that I want to go to this:
The Apprentice: Martha Stewart auditions
COLUMBUS
SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 26TH
THE BLACKWELL at Ohio State University
2110 Tuttle Park Pl.
Columbus, OH 43210
9AM to 12PM - Wristbands distributed
10AM - Interviews begin
I mean, I'm fairly domestic right? I think I might do it just for kicks. I can practically walk to the audition site, so why not?

Besides, how funny is the whole thing??? I mostly want to go to say I was there.

By the way...I totally forgot to reply to your voicemail! I got the message late after a concert, and then it was out of site out of mind. Anyway, to answer your question, basically, the deal is that knittersmercantile.com bought out WFA's inventory and they are still deciding on a place to open their bricks and mortar store. The woman from knittersmercantile is on the SNB list, but I'm not sure if she's been to a meeting yet or not. There was a good article in The Dispatch about it Saturday--I'll try to bring it with me Wednesday to SNB. L. & I are still mulling over our biz idea, but have no idea of funding or if it's merely a dream at this point.

If YOU start up a store I'll be free labor or something to help you get started. Someone has to put the yarn on the shelves or run the register, right? :D

I forgot to tell you also--remember the link you posted a while back to those clear boots that you could see through to see the funky hand knit socks underneath? The Yarn Shop on Kenny Rd. has them in the store!
