There's something in my head, trying to get out

I'm not sick, but for some reason, my sinuses have been causing me pain for about a week now. I've never had allergies or sinus problems before, but they are annoying the crap out of me right now. I can feel things moving around in there!

That's what I get for saying, "I'm so used to migraines, I'm not sure I'd notice other headaches." That'll teach me to tempt fate.

dude. I know all about the "I can feel things moving around in there!" from my allergies. It is the creepiest thing EVER! I hate it! it's just your snot shifting around up there, but it still wierds me out. Try boiling water, putting a towel over your head, and bending over the bowl to breathe the steam. Have keenex ready. Usually it lets the snot get out (I have no idea how) and you stop feeling like small aliens are trying to come out of your forehead.

I've been doing hot baths. I'll take any excuse for bubble baths.
