pixiecrinkleI'm not sure much could be worse than nearly reaching my goal on knitting (18" of stockinette stitch), then breaking to measure the piece and realizing that I only needed 14" before starting the armholes. I'd totally misread the pattern last week when I started on that. So I ripped out about 3" of work, and went back to start in again. I havne't knit back in everyting I unraveled yet, but it's late and I need sleep.
Oh well, the sweater may be completed before the last of the snow melts, so I may actually get to wear it this year.
