I too am househunting in the city. The main areas I've been looking into are the Short North, Italian Village, Victorian Village, The Garden District, and between North Campus and Clintonville. I'm specifically looking for a duplex or a small house, but I never seem to find anything reasonable in those areas.
Can you link me to information about the programs to get people down town?
