RGiB: [stage whispers to cohort]Her shoes! Look at her shoes! [yelling now]Pearl Girl! I love your pumps!
P: What? Oh? Thank you!
RGiB: Where'd you get them?
P: They were on sale at Nordstrom.
RGiB: Are they vintage?
P: Um....no. They're Marc Jacobs.
RGiB: [very excitedly] Fabulous! I wish I could wear shoes like that!
P: I have a thing for shoes.
RGiB: Me too! And women's feet.*
*It should be noted that this is not exactly what RGiB said to me, however, it was essentially the gist of it, and I had had a few too many Stolis at that moment to recall at this point exactly what his words were.
However, they are indeed fabulous shoes. And I shall henceforth be known as "Pearl Girl" when in superhero circles.
