The last eight hours have been spent alternately napping, throwing up, shooting Imitrex up my nose, bathing in lavender and peppermint and eating bland foods in an effort to rid myself of a hangover/migraine.

I find it cruel and unusual that the thing that finally took the edge off was Excedrin. Grrrrrrr.....

I am also a bit freaked that the Imitrex made me throw up. That's never happened to me before. In fact, I'm usually the lucky migraineur who doesn't get nausea with the headache. Not today.

At least I learned that I can get the nasal spray in the nostril that's pierced. I was concerned about that before and I like to alternate nostrils because that stuff can be rather irritating.

And now, I'm off to automat76's house to her Christmas in July party to wish her a happy birthday, and hopefully not relapse.
