Stupid ()*#&$ Student Loans!

pixiecrinkleSo I just got an email from the federal student loan thingee saying my in school deferment was granted.
That would be the deferment for the time period 8/2003 to 5/2004. Um, yeah. I think I knew that already.
In the process of trying to figure out *why* they sent me this, I ended up trying to log in on their website and then having to request a new PIN. The terminology, however, is so screwy that I don't really know that they got the request of what I was trying to request.
Plus, it takes three business days for them to send the email with the PIN. WTF?
Being in the business of making websites easy to use makes me all the more frustrated when I have to use one that's not. Hmmph.
Off to find dinner....
