So I finally uploaded my photos from my "sweatshop knitting weekend."




I made him on smaller needles, with worsted weight, but I'm not happy with how he looks when he's stuffed. You can see the stuffing more in the photo than you can in real life, but I still wouldn't feel comfortable giving it to a child. So I think I might try it at actual size in a chunkier yarn.

And the beginning of a basketweave yoga bag, but in too thick yarn,


Can't post the photos of the other yet, because I'm submitting it to Knitty. It's a secret!

Your sock looks great! Much better than my "huge gaping holes at the gusset" first pair lol.

Thanks! I think I've fallen in love with self-striping yarn, because it really does make a simple project look oh so much more complicated. Plus, it defeats the boredom factor of 50 some rows of knitting in the round!
