The rain that would not end!

I don't know how I'm going to leave my house today--it's like there's a moat around it. I think it's been raining for roughly 4 hours now. Blah!

I rented Secretary last night. Wow. I loved it.

Halfway through, STS & I called, and I went over there to watch Phone Booth and eat chocolate chip cookies. The movie wasn't my thing, but it wasn't absolutely horrible.

Ahhhh! The rain stopped!

I am now going to spend all my NY &CO gift certificates from last week's promotion. Fun.

bizarre things happen to me

So I stopped at Panera in Bexley on the way back from the store. I was thrilled to see that they still have the portobella mozzerella sandwich. There was some controversy over gelatin in their new Veggie sandwich, so most of them have already gotten rid of this and replaced it with some sprouty thing. But I luv the mushrooms!

So, I've become strangely addicted to their IC Honeydew Green Tea drink. It's disgusting, but I love it. It's nothing but sugar and ice with a little bit of green tea, and some grotesquely green melon flavored powder. I don't even like melon but I love this drink. As my friend J. would say, "They put crack in it." So I ordered it, feeling guilty over all the empty calories I've put into myself this weekend. Then the guy making it (who was super-friendly and grandfatherly -- I love that.) spilled it when he was putting the lid on. So he gave me the 3/4 one that was unspilled and proceeded to make me a new one too. So I have a green melting thing in my fridge now because no human being could possibly consume two of these at once.

I am way full of sugar and bouncy now. I think it's time to do my nails. I'm having super-girly day. Woo-hoo.
