(no subject)

BoyWonder, aka spandita is on his way to Spain. Just got the "I've safely arrived in London" email. Yay.

The video training stuff for work will not be done today. I'm not sure how they though I'd be done with it that soon anyway, but now they are changing scripts right and left so, well, this is going to take a while. It's fun though.

I may actually get to see my little sister this weekend. I'll be in Cleveland for a baby shower, and just found out she doesn't have to work, but her boyfriend is in town, and they may go to Cedar Point, so I may not be able to catch them. We shall see though. I saw her for dinner one night in July I think, but we both missed each other's birthday's this year, so before that it was very briefly at Christmas!

BestFriend (aka automat76) and I watched Virgin Suicides last night. I loved it. I'd heard people say it was boring, but I thought it was subtle. The video for the Air song was on the DVD too and I loved it in a very bizarre way. It featured singing chewing gum. How can you not like that?

A stern note to myself....

...you are *not* to eat fish, shellfish, or anything else watery or swimming *ever* again.

About 8 years ago, I got sicker than I've ever been, after eating shrimp on Thanksgiving. No one else in the family got sick but me, but that's all we could figure it was since I was veg + fish then. But recently I started eating fish again. Just a little, in sushi and stuff.

But tonight, automat76, M. and I went to get sushi at Haiku, and it was an all out fish eating frenzy. And now, I'm sick. Like really really sick. And it happened super-fast after we ate, so I know it had to be that. I sent BestFriend a text message immediately because I kind of freaked out, so she'd call to check on me. When she called, I felt better, so at least I have that touchstone to know I'm not dying.

I'm wondering if I should take a Benedryl or something in case it is an allergy. Not sure if that would help or not. I've got a weird lightheaded, tingly feeling right now. Of course, maybe that's dehydration.

I've had a bath. Now I'm going to bed, where I will hopefully get better since I have to drive to Cleveland tomorrow for B's shower.
