pixiecrinkle: (drama)
So now, I'm only one week behind in my Java class. However, I still don't have the program done. I don't know how I think I'm going to have this done by Monday. After then, I can't turn it in at all. The basic skeleton is all there, there's just some passing back and forth of array records (objects) & such that I need to work out. I'll print it out tomorrow at work and I guess work on it on paper this weekend. Yuck.

As I was telling STS this evening, I have a conundrum about why I'm in school in the first place. Ostensibly, I am in school to get the programming degree, hence a programming job, which will earn me more money than I earn now, which will help me pay off my debt (ironically, from the first degree). Then, the plan is to save up money, so that I can do something I really want to do, like open a restaurant, or write books. However, am I just wasting time now, by not doing something more along the lines of advancing those goals? It's a spiral I tell you!!!!

I hate October. It seems every year that I'm way too busy all month, and before you know it, it's grey and rainy and depressing out. I can't keep up with my own life right now, which is making the depressing part worse.

And I really don't want to be alone right now, which really sucks. I hope this weekend at the fifth Denison reunion turns out well, because I've been ready to scrap it for a day or two now. There's one person going who I really want to see though. Otherwise, it's just more reminders of how I don't know anyone anymore from when I was there, or who had anything close to the same experience as me. Oh well.

Methinks I've had a tad too much vodka to be on here right now (Grey Goose, how I love thee!!!!). So, goodnight it is, for now...
