1. What was the last song you heard? "Sweet Jane" by the Cowboy Junkies.

2. What were the last two movies you saw? Rented a movie called Dummy with Adrian Brody, Ileanna Douglass and Milla Jovovich on Wednesday. I don't think it got a theatrical release, but it was really a good movie. Before that, saw Bertolucci's The Dreamers at the Drexel, which I loved.

3. What were the last three things you purchased? Excluding lunches and such, a case for my iPod (I dropped it three times yesterday!), a stereo kit for my iPod and a pile of sale stuff at The Body Shop.

4. What four things do you need to do this weekend? Construct the little rolly side table thing from Ikea; organize my yarn, sewing, beading and crafting stuff; take the leftovers from the clothing swap last weekend to donate somewhere; get closer to finishing the knitted sweater.

5. Who are the last five people you talked to? My project manager, the guy at work who I didn't think was speaking to me, the lead developer on another project I'm working on, STS and one of our business analysts. A sadly work-oriented list.

He's just so cute! (NYT article) And he briefly mentions the pants he wore at the show here.

I am still at work, waiting for stuff to come through. Nothing like a 12 hour + day. Fun. I'm hoping to leave in half and hour. Crossing my fingers.

I have discovered that my iPod headphones are essentially like cramming tiny little speakers inside your ears. So earlier today I was thinking that I had Patti Smith inside my head. That's a little frightening. I've moved on to happy Japanese pop music now. I heard all kinds of stuff I hadn't heard before in this Pizzicato Five song "If I were a Groupie." It's hilarious.

OK. Back to work.
