Ahhhh...vacation

To fight the burnout, I'm taking a five-day weekend for my birthday next weekend. My boss is cool with it, and said this was a good month for it. Does that mean that next month will bring more things for me to do? That could be good. Either way, it ensures me a buffer to get my cousins afghan done before his wedding, which is August 28.

I am now calling the Aveda cosmetology school on campus to schedule myself for some pamperingon one of those days! I'm going to get my first ever facial and pro manicure, and I'm going to like it!
