My vision's about the same as yours it sounds like. My main impetus to get this is to be able to see in the morning pre-glasses/contacts.
I'm still not certain I'll go through with it, even if they tell me I'm a candidate because of the ick factor and the $$ factor. I thought I'd check though, because we do have medical spending accounts here, so I can at least get it tax free that way.
