The phone conundrum is solved

So, I managed to upgrade my old geeky phone (Nokia 6800) to an even more geeky phone (AudioVox SMT 5600).

I no longer have a full qwerty keyboard, but I now have a phone that runs Windows. And Outlook. Overkill? Perhaps. But I like it.

And guess what? There are lj clients for it! So I can make real posts from wherever I might be. I know that just chills everyone with anticipation.

Ah, new phone happy. We're getting the Husband a cell phone this weekend; we've reached the point where we both need one. His only requirement? That it be a flip phone, I think because he wants to be all Star Trek with it. He's a dork.

If he really wants to be cool, there's a Sony phone that swings out rather than flips. Ultra geekchic!
