I just found an entire pound of trail mix in my desk, which I had totally forgotten I bought.

Today is apparently "feed a cold" day, as I ate a huge lunch, and am entirely ravenous right now. Must restrain myself from getting fries at Mojoe this evening, as I've eaten them so much lately that I feel as if they've become a significant percentage of my diet.

Am still coughing up a lung, though I seem to be past the worst of it. Everyone keeps diagnosing me, and most people suggest I have allergies. I've never really had allergy problems before, but earlier, I was searching my journal on posts tagged as "health" and found suggestions of allergy-ish-nesh this spring, so maybe they are on to something.

Got really pissed off at a suit in the elevator this afternoon. I was coming back in from lunch and three people boarded the freight elevator with me. One was a very tall man. He initially remarked that the elevator was "me-sized" which was kind of funny (he was *very* tall) and then made some flip comment about how this must be where they take the dead bodies out. Now, I don't work anywhere there would normally be bodies, so that was weird anyway, but the fact that I know they did take someone who'd suddenly died at his desk earlier this year down to the ambulance via that very elevator was a bit creepy. He was obviously a visitor, and didn't know that, but my brain still reacted.

Pet peeve of the week: people who confuse the word "ravishing" with "ravaging." Discuss.

(Dude, this trail mix is simply divine!)
