I'll give it some thought!
I wouldn't think you'd have to join a gym then if you were really fit when you did yoga. If you needed more strength, if anything you could do it at home...Body for Life has a good strength training regime in it, and you can so sequences where you only need free weights, which can be pretty cheap.
