pixiecrinkleHe is such a genuine person. Even though he's semi-famous (he's been on Oprah!) he's completely approachable and just nice to be around. Some gems from tonight's class:
-"The Buddha is on the move."
-"Yoga is not about constipation."
-"Isn't it a wonderful thing to have a hamstring?"
These sound bizarre out of context, but I'm tired right now, and really just wanted a reminder of the sentiment.
Off to bubble bath and candles, to be ready for class at 8 am!
