I cannot wait until we eat our way through the Halloween candy that's sitting next to me.
I feel ya. One of my coworkers keeps bringing in candy, and I keep resisting until sometime in the afternoon, and then I break down and end up eating crap candy. Just 'cause it's chocolate and it's there.
Grrrrr... I need to get myself in the mindset where I do something active when I get home from work to make the transition from work to home, but it's hard when my schedule is as tight as it's been with schoolwork.
Does it have to be after work? Can you get up 20-30 minutes earlier and work out then? Run, do yoga at home, whatever?
