Theory is a good place to start, but you have to put those theories to test at some point. :-) Whatever you think will work best, bear in mind that for most people, it only takes 2-3 weeks to make something a habit. So if you can force yourself to get out there and do something every day or every other day or whatever for a few weeks, you'll be home free. Good luck!
