it's the commercialization of trends that i detest. "low carb" this and "fat free" that. if more people simply UNDERSTOOD what they put into their bodies, then there wouldn't be the incessant need for recitation of these friggin' terms! ack. but you know what i mean, pixiecrinkle...
...like the guy in front of us at chipotle last week who said, to the foodmakers, that he was ordering a "low carb" burrito ... but doubled up on the beans. tsk, tsk, tsk. has ANYONE taken a nutrition class ... EVER? perhaps he meant to say that he was "doubling up on the protein" -- whatever, get it right. idiot.
but it's no worse than twizzlers being marketed as a "fat free" food -- NO SHIT, it's SUGAR! rant, rant, rant.
