Headache notes for me and the doctor.

2pm Tuesday, headache begins to surface(level 3) on right side of head. Notice I'm locking my jaw in meeting.
4pm Imitrex nasal injection
stayed at work until 6:45
7pm 2 Excedrin migraine
8pm headache is at level 6
11:30 went to bed
4:30 am - wake up with level 5 headache - took 2 tylenol because I was too lazy and tired to go downstairs and didn't want to take more Imitrex yet.
7:00 am - wake up with alarm clock. Headache is still present, about a level 2. Decide to take Imitrex after shower if needed. After shower, neck muscles have relaxed and headache is ok.
9 am - take two Excedrin migraine for residual headache and cramps. Headache is about a level 1 -- has potential to return at this point.
