Sometimes I think I need cable just because of the knitting groove I'm in. Tonight was a new low. Fear Factor, then parts of 10.5, which couldn't even be saved by the presence of both Ivan Sergei and Dule Hill (who did manage to keep his family remarkably clean during the catastrophe at the end, including his daughter's fluffy white teddy bear.)

I can't figure out if I'm having a migraine aura or what. I keep seeing light flashes out of the corner of my left eye.

I actually blew the nostril screw out of my nose this evening when blowing my nose. If it didn't make a noise when it hit the floor, I might not have realized at all.

Tomorrow morning: early meeting with the boss to kick off a project that's been hovering for three years, and is going to be ugly because of retiree health care reform. Fun. Doesn't bode well for either taking a vacation this summer or switching jobs, both of which I've been considering.

I should not be contemplating turning on my heat on in May.

I should not have to keep my windows closed in May.

I should not be able to smell my neighbor's cigarette when I'm inside and she's outside smoking no the other side of the house and my windows are closed. What is up with that? Maybe I am having a migraine aura (strong sense of smell being one of my symptoms.)

There is currently (allegedly) a lion loose in Gahanna, a suburb of Columbus. No one knows where it came from, or why it is prowling about, but they are looking for it.

I must remember to set my alarm Sunday morning. They're imploding the hospital across from where I work and they are showing it live on TV. We aren't allowed to go in to work this weekend because of it. They have to shut our entire building down. I bet our 3 story glass atrium is going to be pretty on Monday. :-)

Of to bed, so I can rise early and straighten my hair. I've been in a ponytail rut, but I bought a new straightning iron this weekend. Hooray.

Wasn't 10.5 a riot? I am glad I wasn't the only person to notice the extremely clean and fluffy teddy bear.

I can't wait to see it from the beginning of the second half -- I missed the first 45 minutes.

I watched a bit of it, then called my mom. When i turned it back on, I swear only 5 minutes had elapsed plotwise, but it must have been at least an hour. I missed their rationale for setting off the warheads, but wouldn't radiation have been a huge issue even though they were underground?
