And I have the tickets in my hot little hand. Okay, well, the receipt for them, but still.

I have to drive to Indianapolis, but that's not that bad a journey, for someone you've wanted to see live for 10 years.

i had a chance once but didnt get to go because everyone i worked with requested the night off to go see her (and REM) before i did. they got me a shirt though, which was nice of them.
