I found last night's setlist on a forum. I no longer feel bad about not knowing three of the songs, because the person who wrote this up felt compelled to point out what they are from, and I don't have those. automat76 you were right about the cover!

Show was amazing and her band was incredible as they attacked the material. Show was all rock and rarely slowed down for the darker/moodier material, though "It's You" was show highlight in my opinion.

The person also mentioned that the crowd was rude. Odd....we thought it was a great crowd, and the performers seemed to as well. And frankly, the last few shows I've been to have been filled with ridiculous asses.

Have you ever been to The Vogue in Indy? If not, I recommend checking it out--I think it definitely fixes the things you don't like about the Newport. Plus, it only holds around 600, has a much better layout, more seats, and was way less smoky. And it sounded great.

There is a part of me that really wants to drive to Detroit to see her next weekend (or hell, to Kansas City for that matter, where she's playing with Sonic Youth), but I don't think I can swing it. Hmmph.

oh wow, that kansas city one would be awesome! dammit, i cant even see blonde redhead at little brothers because of that damn sleep study! grrr.
