Nov. 30th, 2004 01:46 pmI love McSweeney's particular brand of humor. And sometimes something strikes me as funny, because hey, it's true.
Therefore, we have the list of words to know when listening to German industrial music.
It's sad, because I have the newest Einsturzende Neubauten album, and yeah, that's about all I can understand without the liner notes. And to think, I once gave a report in college about "Deutches Industrialiche Rockmusik" auf Deutsch.
Even sadder....I didn't know what Sehnsucht meant until reading the list. Sigh.
