Spiral Fracture! I had one in the same place on the same hand. I got mine from falling out of the hayloft. How'd you get yours? My cast was blue. :)

slipped on a rug and hit a wall on the way down. Ouch.

Did yours require surgery or a pin? They don't think mine will, but they won't know until I see the surgeon next week.

No, they sent me to an orthopedist to make sure, but he said just to wear the cast. So, I wore the cast. It was summertime and i was busy with horses, so it was interesting. When he took the cast off, I had oats sprouting in there...it was disgusting. He said it wasn't as healed as he would like, and he would like to put the cast back on for another two weeks. I declined, and have never had a problem with it.
