1. Have you ever been to the emergency room?
Yes -- almost a year ago, when I broke my hand.

2. What's the worst pain you've ever had?
I've broken two bones, had my wisdom teeth out on two separate occasions and had my tonsils out, but I've had many many migraines that make all of those look like nothing. Worst quick and then over pain was probably my inner ear piercing, but since migraines last longer, I'm counting them.

3. If you could choose your doctor, do you prefer someone of the
same or opposite sex?
Same. In fact, I pretty much refuse to consider male doctors. I'm weird that way.

4. Do you take vitamins?
I used to religiously. I hope to start again soon.

5. Would you prefer to go to the doctor, the dentist or go sky diving?
The doc, then sky diving, then the dentist. I do not like the dental experience, and while I like my current dentist just fine, I've never had a dentist who seemed completely normal. Perhaps this is because I was in Little Shop of Horrors in high school.
