Or not. But you would have thought so by the activity in my kitchen this afternoon. I went to Costume Specialists to get some props to turn my outfit into a costume, and much boiling of water and melting of plastics ensued.

I have no idea what this 12 Babes thing is, but I hope you realize the visual trauma I had to wade through to find your profile to vote for you. Eek. What IS that thing anyway? Who are these LJ vixens, some of which feel compelled to squeeze into corsets or nothing at all? And who is this man who wields the power to make women do this over the Internet? Weeeeeeird.

It's really weird, I agree. I have no idea who the dude is. But I got nominated, and the whole thing is so absurd to me that I've decided it's worth it to see how far I can get.

I've done a lot of reading and writing about the whole feminism/porn debate that I think this sounds like a good activity for me. That probably makes little sense, but I just came in from the cold and my brain is still have frozen, so there you have it.
