Secondly, for you locals, we are formally presenting the teams/uniforms at an event (the Skatetillion Ball) on April 8, at High Five. There will be prizes and such, so if you're free, come out for a good time.

For those of you who are interested, I'll know soon about ticket sales for our very first public bout, on April 23 at Batelle Hall at the Convention Center. They will be onsale at the website and a few other places tba. I think I'll have tickets to sell in person for those of you who I know IRL.

If I was still in Columbus I would so get involved with this! Sadly the Roller Derby practice space here isn't really accessible without a car. I think it's adorable that there's roller derby in Ft. Wayne, now if I ever move home and sponge off my mom I'll have something to do.
