I got my clogs in the mail! They're Dansko Professional clogs, and I got them on eBay for dirt cheap. My feet are happy, warm and comfy now.

Book club tonight was ok. We keep wandering off topic and not really discussing the book (The Secret Life of Bees), but that's ok. Next time is March, and we're reading Middlesex, and discussing her at my house. I need to kick the cleaning into high gear. Especially since it looks like that wil be the day after the clothing exchange party. Yikes! I'm little miss domestic now!

I'm going to bed now. I had a horrid time getting up this morning. I think I need to reset my clock so I go to bed earlier.

i've starting going to bed at 10 and getting up at 5. it sounds grueling, but it's actually working out well for me. i haven't even been using an alarm clock. i feel rested, and now have time in the morning to exercise, meditate, and eat breakfast.

Ultimately, 11 to 6 would be good for me. It's the odd night where I end up going out and staying out until or beyond 11 that screws me up.

Slowly but surely, I'm getting there though. My big thing is needing to get into a routine, so that all the housework, projects, email checking, etc. get done, and I still get sleep.

i hear ya. routine is SO HARD. i think its especially hard when you live with someone too. but that's partly why i want to get up so much earlier in the morning - it's easier to handle routine in the morning than at night, with friends calling, fun things to do, etc. etc.
